Elaborate why Loki for you is a god tier
Because Loki parallels ELbaf God of war who could turn into Nidhogg dragon

Just as Luffy parallels Sun god .

Zaza , Nika , Elbaf war god are all god tiers . Imu is akin to Skyfather because he is God and actually rules the world as king just like Skyfather is king of gods of his pantheon.

DR Xebec and HK Harald scale decently above pirate king level . DR Xebec stalemated Garp and Roger , while HK Harald defeated off screen Gaban and Shanks together with some giants.

Now Hybrid Loki demolished HK Harald so he himself scales above HK Harald who as stated scales above pirate king.

Loki is fighting literal king of the gods who just like in Marvel universe operates on different tier than regular Gods.

I don't know if it was mentionned already but Gaban knows about Luffy's fruit. Implying that Shanks probably knew as well (which confirms was we thought) and he is talking about a "moment of truth". I think he is trying to say that whether Luffy conquers this form or not will be decisive in the battle of the dawn.

I think the wording of Usopp who wonders about the nature of this "secret strategy" of Luffy is also important. My guess is that Luffy was aware of this form but was always reticent in using its full power. This aligns quite well with two idea that I developped but didn't connect:
- I thought Luffy's g5 was always a bit devilish
- I thought Luffy would be able to liberate his own body.

In this many ways, this form is a form of complete liberation. G5 was the liberation of power, this one being the liberation of the mind, going to a primal animal state, much like Goku and the Ozaru.

And perhaps, like Goku and Wukong, Luffy will have to control his impulse... through Gold?

CoC: Color of Clowns

"Their blood will not sate us. Crush their Souls."
‎
So, obvious, the focus here for most people will be the new forms.

Not for this clown, though, oh no, because Imu said something I'VE BEEN INTERESTED IN FOR A VERY LONG TIME:

"I am telling you to answer, Loki! Once I have enslaved Elbaph, I desire that Ancient Technology... Harald kept his mouth shut as well, but it must exist."

These are the big theories I have pushed regarding Elbaph Ancient Tech, ever since we had confirmation of the country's advanced science through Lilith exploring the 3000 year old tech lab:

1. Kidd will find this technology and use it to make Viking Robots
2. The tech is hidden in the Adam Tree, under the Underworld, and in Heaven World.
3. Shiki is in Heaven World taking advantage of this technology.
4. The Galleila Giant Shipwrights helped build Pluton in Water 7 with the Galley-La company of old. Rocks wanted Pluton, and needed the Galleila Giant Shipwrights to be able to use it.

It makes sense that what Imu wants out of Elbaph is its technology, since the Giants have proven to be very difficult to control/subdue.

The Co(C)meback Kidd

I believe Kidd has been scrounging around the Underworld/Inside of the Adam Tree Yggdrasil to find Ancient Tech. Humans can fit into the Adam Tree the way Squirrels fit into normal trees, and no doubt the Tree itself is full of secrets because of this. We know from Lili that humans lived on Elbaph, so, I fully expect the Adam Tree to be full of Ancient Wonders, and this is a big reason the Giants REFUSE to harm the tree: their Ancients warned them of its value as both Elabph's life-blood, as well as a place full of Ancient Tech. Likewise, the Underworld is a place the Giants refuse to go, and, if Kidd wasn't rescued by Saul, like I think he was, it's most likely he was tossed in Elbaph's Underworld after threatening the country.

Imu's comments here more or less confirm for me that Kidd has been studying Elbaph's Ancient Technology, and this will be a sizeable power up for him, along with his untapped CoC. Expect Kidd's crew to show up with Ancient Elbaph Tech soon.

Teach me Science, Lilith

I already had Blackbeard coming to Elbaph for Loki, since Loki ate the Fruit which Rocks wanted Harald to eat, and Teach is clearly trying to live up to Xebec's legacy.

Imu confirming his goal in Elbaph was Ancient Tech guarantees Teach is going to show up here looking for the same objective. And, Blackbeard can do a lot of damage to accomplish this.

The Gura Gura is perfect for ripping both the Ice of the Underworld and the Adam Tree apart in order for Blackbeard to excavate their insides.

My only hesitation here, is that it's possible the Underworld Ice was created by Ragnir himself. If that's the case, Teach most likely would need Loki's help to actually excavate Elbaph's Underworld.

I could very easily see Loki lying to Imu, here. If that's the case, Loki most likely knows a good deal about Elbaph's Ancient tech being located in Heaven World, Yggdrasil, and the Underworld. If Ragnir was the one to freeze the Underworld, Loki either definitely knows, or will definitely find out.

While I think Teach will focus on kidnapping York from Marijoa, I think he will also want to kidnap Lilith to keep the Straw Hats from having such a genius on their side.

It is also possible, if Ragnir did not freeze the Underworld, that Kidd could hollow it out with Damned Punk Railgun rounds.

Shiki in Heaven World

Shiki is a character I've been trying to place for a long time. IMO, we have seen him in action, and it was here, post Marineford, where Bege gets airlifted up into this massive floating ship:

For a while, it was hard to make Shiki theories, because his Float Fruit was unconfirmed as canon. However, Harald's flashback fixed this, and we now know Shiki's Float Fruit is confirmed.

I believe Bege was airlifted by Shiki, and then conscripted to kill Big Mom for him. The Ship Bege crashed into IS Uranus, and Shiki has Uranus, but cannot power the ship, only make it float. Uranus was located in Elbaph's Heaven World, and Shiki found it.

I believe Heaven World is, like the Adam Tree Yggdrasil, a sacred place the Giants refuse to enter.

Generally, in the history of One Piece, the bad guy/most powerful tech is as the top. Enel. Imu. Doflamingo. Kaido.

The bad guy is nearly 100% of the time in a high up position, and often calling themselves a God.

This leads me to believe two things:
1. Heaven World is where the best Ancient Tech is on Elbaph
2. It is currently ruled by someone evil.

Shiki could EASILY infiltrate Heaven World without the Giants noticing, through either just floating up to it, or using the insides of the Adam Tree to reach the top.

Shiki's plot in Strong World was Plant and Animal based, using drugs from a plant to create crazy powerful mutant animals.

Elbaph is a plant-based Island, who has beasts located on it that are actually leftovers from Strong World.

D: Odacchi! I was surprised to see all those strange animals from the movie Strong World appearing one after another in the Elbaph Arc! I really like the idea of bringing them into the main story! P.N. 420 Land

O: That's right. A lot of the animals I designed for the movie appear in Elbaph. Well, it's a pain to think of something new... but, I originally created those animals with the theme of "what would happen if living things evolved in a world where strength is everything", so it was actually pretty easy... well, I thought that animals from a country of warriors would be the same, so I included them! It's not like it was too much of a pain to think of something else, okay!!

Furthermore, Shiki's goal in fighting Roger in Edd War was to obtain an Ancient Weapon. If Elbaph is full of Ancient Tech, this is a sensible back up plan.

We've seen very little of Elbaph's Elders in this arc, only seeing the shitty racist geezers in silhouette telling Harald he couldn't marry Ida, so, I think it's also possible Shiki has been bribing the Elders and is in good with them. Since Oda often makes racist characters dipshit hypocrites, I could easily see the Elders that decried Ida for her foreign birth taking money from foreigners like old corrupt people love to do while bitching about legal immigrants.

As of now, we've pretty much seen everything in Elbaph besides what's under the Underworld ice, what's inside the Tree, and Heaven World.

Imu is also known as God by many, with even Gaban referring to Imu as such. It makes a lot of sense the God character is going to end up in Heaven World.

So, where is Shiki?

This is what I think happened:

Shiki is Mosa, and has been playing the long game recruiting Loki. Shiki knows he can't just free Loki and escape, so, he's been waiting for a calamity to occur that would let him free him, while building up his forces/tech.

Once the God's Knights arrive, Shiki is pumped, because he wants the Giants/WG to kill each other, and then, he'll free Loki, and take over Elbaph. Problem?

Luffy and Imu show up, and Shiki starts crapping his pants when Imu arrives. Shiki wants nothing to do with Imu, so, now, Shiki is waiting for Loki to beat Imu. Problem? Imu's too strong. So Shiki is just kind of up there shaking, right now.

Final thoughts... it looks to me like Imu is destined to fight in Heaven World, and I wouldn't be surprised if that's where we end up next, especially since Nika and Imu are both considered to be gods on this planet.

Oda having Imu straight up say he wants the Ancient Technology of Elbaph is teasing two things, IMO:

1. Kidd's Return with a bunch of Viking Mecha, and
2. Imu exploring Heaven World, the one region we haven't explored, which, based off of how Oda writes, should be where the Ancient Tech is located.

Expect Heaven World to finally become a part of this arc very soon
