    Idk who else thinks this, but I still think there's an actual obstacle that needs to be overcome before reaching Laughtale outside of just the coordinates. Maybe same with reaching Lodestar.

    If it was as simple as following coordinates many people should've done it before Roger, as pirates have existed for centuries and as explorers.

    Whether the obstacles are natural environment factors, monster(s), or AK defensive mechanisms through technology around Laughtale... who knows.

    Lodestar as well, since theoretically its just following log pose from island to island, which should be easy for any top tier. Yet only the crew with 3 solidified top tiers went to it in 800 years. Hmmm...

    Saying something wasn't planned by the writer, because it wasn't foreshadowed clearly, is a flawed argument. Foreshadowing isn't required to introduce something abruptly as a shock value. Sure some people have a hard time digesting something if there isn't a build up to it. But, the absence of the buildup doesn't equate to "he just never thought of it".

    Even hotter take Foreshadowing in modern times is hype so much because modern audiences are becoming more media illiterate so they cant pay attention to what makes sense and flows naturally and needed to be nudged into that direction to pay attention

    The issue I feel like i'm going to run into in discussions, is the same I ran into convos with stuff like Garp vs Kaido. Where Garp simply is not as powerful as Kaido as an individual, but as a fighter it's a completely different thing. Whereas people made arguments for Kaido using his full arsenal. Same with Whitebeard vs Garp. We'll see though.

    I don't think it's the redline, but it could be a monster hidden inside the redline under just the Mariejois part of the Redline, which would be a natural opponent set up for somebody with Loki's size. But the difference I think is it doesn't mean that'd make Loki stronger fighter than somebody like Zoro at EoS. It'd just mean a specialized matchup that Loki would be more suited to take on.

    How many of yall would actually be mad or irked if Oda outside of the main 5 (Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Yamato, Jinbei), assuming Yama joins... he makes the other strawhats do team fights of 2vs1 against the blackbeard pirates, with 1on1s only being for those? Or if he makes M3 be the only ones with 1on1s?

    I personally think its possibility and I would be fine with it personally...

    The first three members shown for Rock's "pirate crew" on panel were, Newgate/Shiki/Stussy. (before they went to Elbaf)

    All three fit: Zoro/Sanji/Nami molds pretty well.

    It's also the only crew that had 3 women as main members. Yamato joining would make the Strawhats the same.

    He's a great character. Garp/Ray/Roger/Xebec are probably my favs out of the oldies right now after this flashback. Love his interactions with Harald and the whole dynamic between their relationship, though it's clear a lot of context is still missing from between the two.

    We're in 2025, if theres still people who think Doffy or Crocodile or Katakuri are on the same level as Boa, if not stronger.... they are a lost cause. However they should be respected and protected for the entertainment they provide. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Much Love.

    Unless Hara himself loses interest in the series and wants to move on or the sales go down enough to get cancelled i wouldn't worry about the health/retirement issue.
    With the advancement of technology and AI, drawing manga will keep getting easier and easier.
    Does anyone believe 15 years from now, Hara is spending 8 hours a day drawing chu soldier number 1376 in the background?

    We aren't far away from just giving a script to AI and making it draw the manga.
    Soon authors might be able to push out 2 or 3 chapters a week while working less hours.

    As good of an antagonist he was, he always had too much of a punchable face for me to rock with.

    I was planning to use The Buddha from Journey to the West by the same guy who made Feng Shenji. BUT Tian too much of a beast.
