The Sound 4 were great, ending Part 1 off with an array of unique abilities, doing the stereotypical but amazing shonen trope of leaving a man behind to fight a solo battle, the sand 3 had to jump in at the end.

Tobi Rōppo were cool but didn’t get enough time to be explored and were introduced with big fish. They could never be top threats.

Ngl, having Xebec get into Imu's room thinking random ass kings would have him step down, use PIS to have the entire Gorosei and HK ignore the fact that he found out about Imu and let him go, even though they killed Cobra just for seeing him is maybe one of the dumbest things Oda has written in years.
