Well Shutenmaru and the Dukes could hold their own against mid high tiers. The only reason we have them as low high tiers is because I give Jack the benefit of the doubt that he could do more.

Shutenmaru and the dukes have certainly been much more impressive than Law or Burgess. I wouldn't be surprised if I eventually shift them to mid high tier.

Proof for Jozu getting free from parasite on his own or gtfo :kappa: as for Doffy not controlling Jozu, 1) there was no reason to. He, was talking to Croc while Jozu couldn't move a finger and served as a chair. 2) immobilizing is all Doffy needs anyways.

It may just be the case that Law is at the bottom of high tier.
Regarding Sanji and Smoker, no matter how you slice it, Doffy is canonically able to low diff high mid tiers. That suggests Base Doffy isn't in low high tier IMO.

The way Doffy turned the whole town into strings instantly with ever white, suggests besser range. He can literally spam a city amount of strings formed into arrows towards you. Katakuri is more focused around power mochi. Is power mochi better than spamming string arrows? I think that depends on the strength of the Haki. The strings however are pretty strong even without Haki.Creating shockwaves that level mountains

The headbutt stuff is an inconsistency. If you believe it's not, there's nothing that shows Kong Gun is superior to it.

Rather the Double Culverin is an inconsistency since there is no way that DD could block two Bound Man hits with hakiless strings whereas he failed to block a nameless attack.

Kong Gun received better portrayal by launching DD several km whereas a Culverin just sent him through a few buildings. The damage output of KG was far bigger.

I'll post a size comparison when I'm at home. But off white was far bigger. And probably harder because it was specifically used as a defense. While VS the headbutt, the strings were merely "in the way". And the head butt pushed them apart in a way it wasn't clear whether they were broken. After all Doffy only commented once on his strings being broken. When Luffy broke free from parasite.
