Rayleigh was a shitty teacher. He never taught Luffy anything other than basic haki. Other SN can use haki without teaching anyways. Pre TS Luffy was a reliable fighter.
Adding to the previous one, someone who is battle smart couldn't even give second thoughts about his techniques and liability. G4 is not a mistake. Not developing it is a mistake. Now I don't wish for G5 existence. I don't want to see Luffy losing hands or legs or penis as a drawback of G5.
Luffy went from reliable person who takes the burden of main problem of his allies/nakamas to becoming liability that drops even more burden on his allies/nakamas. Great development indeed.
Another thing. Kidd is able to hurt Kaidou by slamming him down. If that is all required then Luffy is a dumbass for learning ryou. Wait Luffy slammed Kaidou to the ground in chapter 923 but that didn't hurt, Kaidou fell from 10000 meters height but that didn't hurt somehow slamdunk hurt him. Oda is trying very hard to make Kidd relevant but forgetting that he is shooting his own leg with his dumbass logic.
Luffy doesn't deserve to become pirate king. He has to rely on others strength for the burden that is supposedly his. He is pathetically weak as displayed in this chapter and next chapter he will be KOed. Chapter 1000 was a mistake.
Wanna know what is more cringeworthy than Yamato calling herself Oden? Zolo fans calling Zolo as grandmaster. They are simply degrading the title grandmaster. Simply cringe.
The day the people realize that people win or lose in one piece not because of their powerset but because of their mindset/competence is the day people will find their inner peace in their toxic mentality. Amen.
Oda should make Luffy look like someone who defeated YC1 level guy. It is reasonable to look as underdog against top tiers but to think that he looks weaker than people who are actually weaker than the opponents defeated is I don't know what to say. I really want that weed Oda smokes. Jinbei looking more YC1 like guy than Luffy.
One piece is done. It is clear that Oda lost interest in his work. This chapter further proves that. It is just a matter of time readers lose interest. I hope someone from fandom side makes him realize the shit. I wish I am an editor to him.
