I'm only seeing your post now, I'll reply here.
Imo, KoH = overflowing CoA and uses CoC coating.
In KoH 3 Dragons, he overflows both CoA & CoC. Hence why you see so much Haki Lightning in that attack compared to regular KoH attacks, its an additional amp in Power.
