Should we rate 50 characters in total, or rank 50 spots? E.g if I have 5 pairs of characters I think are equal, then at #40 I would have ranked 50.characters. Should I stop there or fill the remaining slots?

I dislike this argument. Nothing implied Zoro used haki when he cut the Pacifista, and it doesn't seem out of the ordinary either that Sanji's DJ AP is that high.
