Kuma is entering top 10 and separating himself from other warlords in writing.

The arc still progressing as the best in OP for writing.

Oda hypes up Akainu's offense but Aokiji and Kizaru really aren't any lower on that, they are just as capable as him of dealing absolutely devastating damage and destruction.

GB too looked extremely dangerous with his abilities, regarding Fujitora, he is a top tier blind swordsman with what should be a really broken DF, nuff said.

Think of how much Fujitora tolerated Doflamingo and held himself from putting him in chains.
Admirals like Saka or Greenbull would never let him escalate things to the point of setting up a birdcage. Kizaru would probably just be chilling throwing commentary on the fight on live broadcast.

I think the best character to scale him to lorewise in Elden Ring would be either Malenia or Radahn. I don’t see any of the Demigods aside from Maliketh and maybe Rykard beating him.

There's no reason for the commander in chief to take action when the Marine underlings are right there. Even a retired Kong should still be a top tier, even if not in peak/prime (but I think he'll be in his prime somehow).

And if it wasn't Akainu they'd use the CP0 instead or Garling or Holy Knights, way before using Kong. Don't lose faith!
