Back in those days, OJ was a pro-Sanji forum. They had Hero Sanji, Naito etc an army of Sanjifanboys and Smile, Syed etc, an army of Zoro haters. People like @Bogard and @Gol D. Roger were bullied because the haters were close with admin and mods. Posting "Mihawk>Kaido" or "Zoro>Luffy" meant you would somehow get banned soon

S1R_L had a new dupe every 2 days. He was constantly banned simply because he brought forth massive amounts of salt and was unapologetic about it. Never objectively deserved the bans. One example was he once created a thread called the monster trio but left Sanji out of it, that had fanboys crying and led to him being banned. No one could deal with his "Occam's razor" filled debate walls so they ran to the mods.

Lmao i remember that i heard that people were complaining to admins/mods in PMs about me because i constantly shatted on them in debates with them not seeing how they could counter it and thus as a way to feel good, they were complaining to mods 😂

Zenzu is right, S1R_L's posts were not that bad, the problem was OJ was anti-Zoro forum those days. Imagine someone creates "Sanji>Zoro" thread in this forum when Guan Yu is admin and Shishio and HA are mods 😂

He dawned an Akashi Seijuro avatar to reflect him being the absolute in debating. He was near unstoppable, their only "solution" was to perma him despite no signs of hostility coming from him. He was buddha like in his approach and they couldn't stand it.

Yeah @Bogard I remember in the second or third Zoro vs Sanji thread, Celestial drew the first blood with Zoro = Sanji and had around 50 likes. I commented after him with Zoro>>>Sanji or something and it had around 10-15 likes 😂 People were even scared to like Zoro>Sanji post, just to be on the good side of mods

Not to start this debate, but even as a casual reader, I don’t see how anyone could ever come to the conclusion that Sanji was stronger than Zoro at any point.

I believe people were just too blinded by the staff and especially Divvens, with most being Pro-Sanji. Divvens had multiple threads/posts that Sanji fans were using as a reference. I still remember when @Nidai_Kitetsu brought up this point to Div, but people were still backing Div lol

It was more Sanji = Zoro or Zoro >= Sanji which was echoed. Frfr though no amount of mod bias could save anyone from getting embarrassed though, so it never bothered me. You would see beautiful meltdowns to the point where even the mods would have to dead a user they were on good terms with. It made it more worth it.

Yeah @ZenZu To be honest, Bogard and Gol. D. actually owned them in legitimate debates, but all the emotional fanboys used to gang up on them, at least before we joined 😂

Haha, it didnt happen in one day. When I joined OJ, he was a God among women, i.e. Sanji fangirls. It was around 2017 when he started to have those meltdowns

We joined at around the same time i think. It's Gol D who was there much earlier and invited me to the forum. Before that, i didn't even know OJ
