I meant this chapter specifically, some of Luffy's and Bonney's distorted faces. Saw this a few times, and it was just bad scans and bad redraws... Though I definitely agree his art has gotten way rougher.

I never really understood this part of Doflamingo... If he was "hiding" in the new world (like Big Mom and Kaido), sure. But the dude became a warlord, went to Mariegeoise, Marineford and so on... Why not kill him there ?
