Look, I do see that Oda for an example: has made when Kaido is drunk, he gets stronger but it kinda making his character silly, same with Luffy, G5 Luffy is a lot stronger than G4 Luffy but at the same time, a serious Luffy is more badass than a silly Luffy tho.
