I came to this conclusion: I don't think Kaido can coat his body in Magma, that would make him have Magma control, then it's by this logic, Luffy should have fire control since in his techniques such as "Red Hawk" or "Red Roc" he can coat his fist in fire but it doesn't mean he HAS fire control...

Why Ace or Luffy clothes don't burn when they use fire? Why Luffy's Straw-Hat or clothes don't get cut when he grows big? Kaido's weapon wouldn't be burned at all, also CoA would protect it as well.
