Baron Omatsuri is the best One Piece movie imo. Loved it so much. But from this list, I choose Stampede. It was just such a hype fanservice movie with great action scenes.

All I hope for is that OP ends better than how Shonens usually do (which usually ranges from bad to mediocre). This is really the final stretch and Oda’s chance to leave a final impact. Hopefully, it is non-stop hype.
