Let's not start assuming to make a point again. A criminal complains about a criminal being a criminal for the same charges. There is a dose of irony and hypocrisy in that. Comparing how many times they went to jail, or how long the sentence is, is irrelvant to the point.

Now it is about how often it happens? If someone does it 10 times a day, and you do it only 5 times a day, you're still going the same thing as them, enough for it to be noticeable.
