These are less so "unpopular" as they are "bad" or "half baked" opinions. Luffy vs Eneru and Luffy being immune to Eneru's lightning was not Oda making stuff up as he went and it never was. Eneru is one of the most entertaining antagonists in the story. Drum Island is easily top 5 arcs in the story.
