I don't think we know if Smoker was ever there or not. I think it's fair to assume he was there or at G-14 base since that's where they were all headed. No idea where he is now though since we didn't see him with Sword against BBP or with the VAs on Egghead.

Glad to see Vivi getting more relevance, I've been between her and Smoker for awhile. After Kuzan was revealed as the 10th I was sure it would be him but now I'm leaning towards VIvi again. Wouldn't be mad about both joining.

I'm still a little confused on the timeline. Is it implied that Kuzan joined BB when they met up in the flashback (~1 year before the current time) or did he sit on it until around PH/Dressrosa time as it was initially implied?
