It can, but it's a tall order because the early arcs of the post timeskip are much worse in my opinion than anything pretimeskip.
Personally i feel that Wano is great but it is just too long and we could have easily cut like 30 chapters and no one would notice a difference, if Oda can cut back...
Thinking Zoro is out of the arc now is the same as thinking he was out after 1010, Sanji is not out of the arc too btw but i think he will only have a moderate role.
Jinbei vs Jack (world's strongest fishman)
Brook vs WsW ( where WsW actually had a sword rather than a small knife)
Chopper vs P1 (Monster vs Monster)
Usopp ends up getting shafted but that's what happened in canon anyway.
I believe he would be as he is probably Zoro's final fight in the series.
Because Gandhi is the secret WSS, no one knows anything about him so they don't assume that he is a strong swordsman.
It would have been centuries since any of the Gorosei fought i guess.
Ace had CoA no one is saying he didn't, it would be pathetic if he didn't.
Regarding FS all the example you listed were examples of normal CoO and he was closer to Luffy during Akainu's attack that's why he reached.
Regarding the fire dragon attack if he doesn't pull that out against 2 admirals...
And that is a feat almost any mid tier can do.
No it's not, because we have seen future sight from the admirals in Marineford and we saw it even more clearly when Mihawk tried to cut Luffy.
I am choosing to believe that this is not cannon in any way, Marineford ace had no hints of FS or any attack like this demon inferno, probably just some hype to pull some $$$ from this spin-off.
