The problem with the idea of adv CoA for Sanji is that it would kinda defeat the point of haki specialization. He specializes in CoO so if Oda gives him adv CoA, he'd need to get adv CoO as well to remain more proficient with CoO, but then he'd be too broken. Only Luffy as the main character...

It's not like Zoro and Luffy only rely on haki, Luffy has his DF and Zoro has his famous swords. Sanji getting powers related to Germa technology seems more like a way to give him his own unique fighting style but that doesn't mean Oda won't add CoC or adv CoA to the mix.
