Sanji, but that's cause he's the Straw Hat's third strongest and the Gaban parallel exists. Law could get it and it seems pretty likely, but even if he didn't he'd just bypass regen with his fruit in some powerful usage of it.

True, but the crew has been fighting for months in the arcs post-timeskip and haki can awaken in combat like with Usopp, I think a training arc could also work. They should've been training for it, at least Robin, but I mean yeah Oda can simply not have them go the haki route. We'll see.
