Both were fine. I prefer Sanji's but Zoro's was quite nice as well. Can't say I cared much for Helmeppo and Morgan, especially when compared to Gin (and I guess Don Krieg). Zoro and Sanji themselves were also quite great in their introductions.

Over-scrutinising every word is a bit much. Sometimes characters move on, leave stuff to others or simply fail to meet their own expectations. It doesn't mean they're untrustworthy but sometimes things don't go as initially planned.
