Zoro will be the WSS, i.e., he will be able to defeat any swordsmen in the world in a 1v1 duel, regardless of any other powers they may have. Whether or not Mihawk is actually stronger than Shanks, Big Mom, Fujitora etc. is irrelevant. Zoro will be stronger than all of them.
