I don’t personally see either side leaving with a complete W Luffy beats Kizaru and the crew deal great damage to the navy fleet. Saturn gets Seraphims(excluding S bear), but not York nor the mother flame power plant. Kuma saves Bonney and gets S bear body and possibly destroys the power...

Because it serves the plot. I look at it from plot perspective. The plot requires the WG to fill the power vacuum it has after losing the warlords. It isn’t the same for BBPs they ain’t short of power at least not as much as WG.

As of now we don’t know why they are in the arc. The likely answer is Robin or VP himself. Jumping to conclusions and thinking yeah they gonna take both York and Seraphims is impossible. Whatever they are here for is either not gonna be successful at doing or it’s not as impactful(combat wise)...
