I'd say she was a mid or low top-tier, heavily offence oriented who led her attacks herself while being one of the Qin 6. She had to have been a monster. I could see her defeat Kanki and YTW (maybe) in normal circumstances.

I'm from NL and there is a lot of mutual intelligibility between Dutch and German. It would be far easier for me to learn it than let's say French.

It doesn't even have to be that good imo. Hara could've easily expanded upon this battle, extended it to 20/30 chapters were we actually see what transpires on the centre wing. That would've been fine. A short battle isn't bad perse. By comparison, I think Chouyou/ Eikyuu are pretty decent.

The main 'battle' is over, the conquest isn't. Though it's probably not going to last very long. Pretty unfortunate actually. I think most people expected there are only to be one Qin/Han war but 15 chapters (action-wise) is way too short.

RKK didn’t really substantiate the hype he was given, which is probably why Hara shouldn’t have used Renpa as a hype-tool. Though, I'm curious to see what's going to happen to him. Perhaps he might even be absorbed into Qin's military, becoming a sort of subordinate of Tou.

Looks like this battle will conclude pretty soon. I'll share my full thoughts when it's over.
