Oda barely focuses on non-Luffy strawhats as it is. When's Sanji gonna awaken CoC, then learn aCoC to actually hurt the HK, and also learn/master PoL? It would be easier to just have him awaken this PoL thing since he's already somewhat used it in Egghead.

Depends on who beats them. Like I seriously doubt admirals need CoC to end them. Their Logia awakenings would do the job. And aCoC can beat them, but not kill them. Some might just die when Imu does, the ones alive go to jail. I doubt Oda's gonna start killing every villain.

Sanji's not utilizing PoL yet. I doubt he truly understands why his kick could destroy Kizaru's laser. If anything, I'd say he will get a "PoL Bloom" rather than a "haki bloom". Hopefully this arc.
