Why is Kingdom so peak for several chapters and Hara decides to let mini character arcs just go down the shitter? Why is this couple still alive? What purpose do they serve now? I'm definitely still salty to accept Shiryou > Jiaga but them somehow escaping with Kansaro's permission is just nuts...

This is average pre volume publication writing. Read a copy of CSM Volume 15 at a library today, the art was much cleaner upon first release. Probably the editing and revisions. His writing hasn't gone downhill though.
