Remember when Oda introduced Attack Cuisine in Kamabakka Island, and made a big deal about Sanji learning the 99 recipes? And essentially nothing has come from that? Like, at all? Why did Oda introduce this as part of Sanji's training if it was never going to be relevant :risicheck:
