Oda wants to end it by the time he's 50. I think he's 46 now so it holds more weight that he's ending it in 5 years. He releases 35 chapters at most so around 200 chapters left. I'm sure there's around 50 chapters of Wano left. 50 for elbalf and the remaining 100 for Blackbeard whiles the world...

I think after kaido and big mom, luffy will only face Blackbeard as the final villian and the revolutionaries will take care of the world government. Just my opinion since Oda says the story is ending in 5 years.

Blackbeard's arc will be the final war, I don't see him doing before that. Probably the final villian is blackbeard

I had no problems with thriller bark too. I loved that we got the crew in a horror movie setting. My least favourite arcs are Punk hazard and fishman island. Most OP arcs are decent.

There was recruitment of grand fleet, tournament arc, new admiral, tontatas, revolutionaries, law and doflamingo feud in dressrosa. The pacing was bad, mostly because of the grand fleet (which will play a role later) and of course the endless running. I hope Oda doesn't cram a lot into the next...

By the time One piece ends like 5-7 years from now would you still be reading it? Or you will just be burnt out or too busy (work, family) to read it?

I loved skypiea too. It just dragged for some parts but I love adventure arcs. Sadly we won't get anymore in One Piece.

Those versus battles are mostly in forums like these. I don't think outside here the remaining 99.9999999999% of one piece fans follow the show to be arguing on forums.

There may be better written shows out there. But Oda keeping his fans for 1000 chapters over 23 years is something I dont think those better written shows can do.

Yea makes sense So why did Oda send big mom to wano. If she leaves now or turns into O-lin it will be a massive f*uck you by Oda to us.

It will be difficult for the supernova to beat two yonkos. Oda might need big mom out of the way so either O-lin or hanger pang. I'm liking the raid so far but this will lower my expectations to the abyss. If Oda doesn't want to deal with big mom why is she even here?
