I think you are overestimating how many and how long the arcs remaining in the story are. Like you said we don’t know when Egghead will end but also at this point what it will cover. If it goes as long as you think, about 2 years, then I imagine it’s a ton of set up that he can quickly pay off...

I think between 1200-1300 chapters which would take roughly 5 years seems right. Feels like it will end sooner rather later so can’t see it going on for longer than that unless he cuts down on the number of chapters

Too many characters. Some have a similar purpose as another so there’s a redundancy issue, there’s not enough time for their own story or too much time is spent on it but it’s more of a side plot, and ultimately they take up time from more important characters.

If it's revealed that being a D is more about a choice than actual lineage than I wouldn't be surprised is the entire crew becomes D because they chose to follow Luffy. Maybe that's how the whole D clan thing started, those that banded together under a single banner to accomplish a single goal

Don't think the Marines/World Government will fight for the One Piece but could see them involved in a large-scale war. Blackbeard wanting to be a king of a recognized country opens the door for everyone getting involved but for what not exactly sure

No, because the meaning has been woven throughout the story and there's probably more to it than just the word itself. Also wouldn't mind if it's Dream, Desire, etc.

Even if Sanji fights all those people that's maybe 2-3 chapters for at most 12 chapters. Luffy vs Blackbeard alone could be that many chapters

Aren't there like 2-3 prophecies foretelling of Luffy's accomplishments?

Probably the best time to get into the series since there isn't the decades long wait for certain things to happen and can probably just enjoy the ride
