Don't really get it why people underrate Mihawk. Irrespective of whether you like him or not. Zoro will be the WSS and to do that he needs to surpass Mihawk. The situation is pretty clear here. Mihawk will show his true power when the time comes.

That would go too much against narrative imo. CoC has been shown as the peak of power which seperates the elite from the rest. That's how Roger became PK without any DF, that's why Shanks is the Haki man. Kaido was hyping it throughout his fight against Luffy. Then you have Ray who has it too...
