If two characters have AdCoC, and one can knock out 50,000 people with CoC, and the other can knock out 100,000 people with CoC, then the one who can knock out 100,000 will have a more powerful AdCoC attack. Base Luffy was clashing evenly with Kaido while both using AdCoC. Base Luffy, is not...
