Nah it introduced the distrust fishman had for humans and how they didn’t want to share blood with the same people who killed their queen. Sanji’s blood type was already rare to begin with, and Oda used it to advanced the subplot.

One is because of a character trait that led to an important plot point of an arc (fishman and human blood ties) and the other one is the result of combat and an inability to endure an attack leading to another plot point (Shusui being taken). So pick your poison :cheers:

Zoro will beat Who’s Who high diff and then skirmish with Kaido like everyone else. Marco will fight King and high diff him, and then heal up to go fight Kaido also.

I think Whitey Bay, Jozu, and Vista are there hopefully. And we can have Vista fighting Smoothie maybe, and Whitey Bay fighting Ulti if Nami isn’t string enough. But it’s also a likely conclusion that it’s just Marco, Neko, Izo, and some fodder with them.
