While I think Kizaru still has a role to play in the narrative here at Egghead, I think it's clear enough that Saturn is the arc's big bad. However it is worth keeping in mind that there's still the potential heel turn from Kizaru to look forward to. Unless Oda is aiming for a more nihilistic...

That's where I'm at. I think it's more likely that Kuma dies and then Vivi inherits the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi from him, especially since it's looking very likely that Queen Lily was a previous user of the same Devil Fruit and used it to save the Poneglyphs and scatter them across the world.

From what I can gather, most people expected the possibility that Sanji would get Worf'd to help sell Saturn as a threat. Hardly anyone imagined that Kizaru would be out of commission from the first proper hit of Gear 5+ACOC that Luffy landed on him.

That's a terrible work ethic, unbefitting someone of Kizaru's rank.
