Oden never said that the great war happens in 20 years and will end in the same year. It could be years after all. But even if it would be "this year in op", again, momo doesn't have to become an adult so that he can fight.

It doesn't matter if momo fights or not, why has he to fight? And for zunisha, he can command him as a child too, so that is not a valid point. And a timeskip before the final fight isn't that unlikely.

I don't think that luffy and zoro will be close. Luffy is the supreme commander of x forces and will probably have many countries under his banner, will defeat kaido etc. So there will be a big gap, just like with any yonko and 1st mate
