It would be quite disappointing if Loki is a Spandam-type villain. It would be a shame for the so-called "strongest country in the world", although I can see something like that happening... maybe that's why Dorry and Brogy left Elbaf in the first place.
Oda said in SBS vol. 78 that "Mother is the antonym for Adventure"... he really doesn't want mothers in his work (with the exception of Big Mom, who's more of a tyrant than a mother). So no, I don't think we'll be seeing any of the strawhats' mothers (unless they're in a flashback dying ofc).
I think that the most probable outcome for Stussy is joining Judge and Caesar. They'll probably come to Egghead to salvage what they can from the Labophase and then will find Stussy there.
It seems that the Egghead Arc is coming to an end, and, with the Gorosei gone and the Strawhats fleeing, I just can't see what this can be... maybe it was just the flooding reveal? Or maybe VP's death? It would be disappointing, but it did seem to have an impact in the world...
I think that he intended to make Ace his successor, not sure about the PK goal. However, I'm sure that he knew that Ace had the potential, since he was Roger's son... so, basically he would be able to take care of WB's family (the WB Pirates) after his passing, whether Ace would like to go after...
You're right, most people who succeed in real life, especially in the example you used, are usually arrogant and despicable. But this is a fantasy manga, which tries to make a good portrayal of nice people (not just by making them look right, but also by making them strong leaders or even world...
He looked cool for me. And his design kinda reminded me of the old style (kinda a mix between Don Krieg and Eustass Kid, lol... except the head/face that isn't shown)... in the "new style" he would've a giant head or disproportionate limbs, something like that (he's taller than Katakuri though...
Chopper could actually have an inflated bounty due to his Monster Point (he even managed to hold his own against Queen in Wano, for example), something like 1 billion. But threat-wise, he's probably on the same tier as Nami (~350 million).
Well, in any case Law's Kikoku is ungraded now. It can become a graded sword in the future, but Law needs to retire or die first, I think, as Oda mentioned in SBS Vol. 100 that Kaido's Hassaikai was ungraded but would be legendary if Kaido left it behind (yes, his kanabo apparently is considered...
Luffy and co. still have a lot of room to grow. Luffy can upgrade even more his ACoC (e.g.: with CoO killing, for example) and the others their haki (CoC/CoA/CoO, none of them have everything perfected).
Roger's crew isn't really that much overpowered, I think, with the exception of its core...
The image depicts named blades, so most of them can even be ungraded. The only one we can clearly identify is Murakumogiri, but the black blade is most likely Shusui (great grade rank), as Shodai Kitetsu (Nusjuro) has a different pattern.
Btw, where Napoleon ranks for you?
The "Spear of Elbaf" you pointed out is Murakumogiri, Whitebeard's polearm. Kikoku is also already confirmed to be ungraded and Enma is a great grade sword, although it isn't confirmed if blades can go up in ranking (it would be nice to see Wado Ichimonji as a Saijo Owazamono).
Edit -- oh, my...
It's just the standard opness of females with devil fruits... they usually have hax powers (e.g.: Perona, Sugar, Giolla, Brûlée, et. al.) , but never use it to its full potential. Mark my words, it'll happen to Bonney too (e.g.: "she doesn't have enough courage", "she doesn't have enough...
Maybe the user of the Nika fruit from 200 years ago was captured and brought to Mary Geoise, and the robot went there trying to rescue him? And then it stopped after Nika was killed?
We know that the robot starts functioning when it hears the "drums of liberation" (Nika's heartbeat), but the...
Krieg was a scumbag, I doubt that he would help the strawhats (unless it's against some global threat, like the WG in the "final war"). He actually fits like a glove in the Blackbeard Pirates (although he isn't confirmed to be a BBP, he may just be strolling around Hachinosu... I mean, Moria...
Yeah, he was already hailed as "King", but that bum Cyrano was considered a first-class swordsman too... and with his further One Piece's development ("God of the Blade", "Ryuma was an one-eyed swordsman", etc.), he could be very well still improving (he at least faced an opponent who was able...
