Yes and ... no, probably. Sanji thinks he is safe now, but what if continuing using Exoskeleton will really transform Sanji into his Germa/evil side? The issue is gone, but only temporarly. And what better moment for Sanji to succumb to his evil side when he himself thinks the problem is now gone.

With how Oda like to do parallels I'm not surprised if Sanji's Joyboy parallel equivalent is Sora the warrior of sea. Even though we don't know if Sora really existed or not, if the story was twisted enough to completely change his character (really high chances).

If we follow the rules of "one power up" for a single arc I prefer honestly having CoC now and future sight in the future. CoC is too much important now, future sight can be unlocked in the near future.
