And WB didn't want to conquer anything except having a family had CoC, same for Katakuri who just wants to protect his family. Big Mom who wanted a peace with all the races but in her way had also CoC. Your definition of "qualities of a King" is completely wrong and not at all related to CoC...- Aknolagon
