On the subject of Yamato being sake brewer, I just noticed these panels:

Yamato prob doesn't have much clue about fashion like dying her hair, painting her nails, or putting on lipstick since I'm sure Kaido doesn't bother with that on Onigashima to begin with and the geisha there who do do fashion things prob just kept that to themselves.

Realized a couple of images Oda colored himself have her with defined lips. I don't think it's lipstick though.

I suppose lending a little more weight to the idea of Yamato being sake brewer/bartender would be related to the oni of Japanese myth, Shuten-dōji, whom had a big fondness for sake and would even go on drunken rages. I dunno where Kaido gets his sake from, but going by how he always seems to...
