Kidd's power a probably best suited for an assault of a fortress or attacking heavily armored ships rather than one on one fights. His Magnetism is actually a great counter to a lot of standard weapons as they can be used by Kidd instead of against him.

It depends on how long the "Oni Giant" live for, if Oars died 500 years ago, and regular giants live 300-400 years, Oars's son might be dead either from old age or in battle as a Pirate or a Warrior.
One Piece definitely doesn't do a good job in explaining things well, but I also don't just want a block of text explanation either there does need to be a good medium, explaining things simply and concisely is a skill in its own.
I have the 17 volumes and volume 0, it good but it definitely has the Hunter X Hunter problem of being a bit too wordy at times. It is something I do think One Piece did very well is that it is a very quick and easy read.

Ussop being a "brave warrior" is not going to be what people expect, he's not going to get much stronger than he is currently. But it's been 1000 chapters and he still acts like he's East blue Ussop half the time.
No series should go passed 500 chapters, after One Piece and MHA finish I don't think we'll ever get a series this long running again. The industry knows that as well.
Robin, Franky, and Ussop should have started to learn haki from Kinemon and the others during there time in Wano preparing, before Luffy and the other arrived, and Brook should have started to learn it from Luffy and Sanji on their way to Wano after WCI. Off screen training is fine if it makes...
If he can pull off a good ending do you think the mistakes will be less noticed and brought up on a reread of the entire finished, with people not reading the series one chapter a week?
I do agree with a lot of these things, these arcs are just getting to bloated and a lot of the single chapters have a lot of Fluff to them. But I've said before I definitely think even all the way back in WCI there was some behind the scenes drama going on with One Piece that affected the series.
I do partly blame the fans for hyping Wano up to heights that it was never going to get to.

While I don't think his health is as bad as them, he definitely is not healthy.

Being a Manga creator is an incredibly hard job, with many developing back pain, exhaustion, and other chronic illnesses.
Oda is no exception, and will take a break every three weeks or so, but is it enough? It is pretty safe to say after 23 plus years writing One Piece, nearly a decade later...
Naruto and Bleach had these problems too near the end, the issue is the World of One Piece and its history and mysteries are just as big a part of the Story as Luffy becoming Pirate King, or Zoro becoming the World's greatest Swordsmen.
The real world issue is not enough planning and structure...
