I gotta say that A Couple of Cuckos S2 is nothing special for a romcom but the addition of Ai is making S2 much more enjoyable for me than S1. Still only 4th place in my favourite romcom this season but with a wider gap than I was expecting to the last one, Rent-a-Girlfriend

I feel the same tbh. It's surprisingly good. I'm enjoying each ep. This is my favourite romcom of the season. The animation quality is amazing. Yup. CloverWorks is a solid studio. My Dress Up Darling is being very solid so far.

Yeah Chizuru is a disappointment. I was expecting better from her tbh. It's part of thr result of the author stretching things out too much.

Tbh I'm not sure. The only thing I'm certain is that there was a sequel entry for MiA in MAL so I assumed so.

Iirc at the time of the ending of S2, S3 was announced (or at least the intention of). Since the Manga release is being very slow, they don't have enough for a 3rd season but have enough for a movie.

They are canon to adapt the rest of the available source material
