Nah. After googling it I disagree. It becomes "unstable" and is "exhausted" and not even god tier characters like Sukuna and Gojo can "use" or "maintain" previously activated cursed techniques after a domain expansion, unstable versions of the techniques or otherwise, they simply stop working...

Unless Urauma has finished the fraud and comes save him, I fail to see how he can survive this. I don't think we will see Hiten even if I want to see it. Uraume could sacrifice himself to recreate it, but it would be weird to give a weapon to Sukuna at this stage.

The thing is that after they fall into the sea they lose their strength. At most I can picture Kuma getting out because of the simplicity of his DF. There's also fishmen, of course, simply because they can't drown, but even they would be weakened.
