I think Zoro will pass out next chapter much like Sanji in this one, but i don't think he's out for the arc. Time really doesn't matter, Luffy vs Kaido may not even take an hour. What matters is his portrayal and feats which were extremely good.

Zoro's fight with king was extreme diff, as it took all Zoro had to bring him down. Now if fresh AdCoC Zoro fights fresh king again it may be mid diff, that doesn't mean that the fight that just ended is a mid diff. Basically the same concept with Luffy vs Katakuri.

What if King gets up with awakening during the month ?

I feel that King's look doesn't fit Oda's art style at all, i mean it's great and i like it but it feels unOda like. 100% King has CoC and if he doesn't show it this chapter, either he is not defeated or he and Queen get up with awakening.

I believe he would be as he is probably Zoro's final fight in the series. Because Gandhi is the secret WSS, no one knows anything about him so they don't assume that he is a strong swordsman. It would have been centuries since any of the Gorosei fought i guess.
