So idiots aside I thought this was a fantastic moment for Deku's character. I saw it coming a mile away yet I enjoyed it nonetheless.
And I don't even particularly like Deku as a character. Really he's just ok.
But I do appreciate that he's standing up for the true ideal of Heroism expressed...
Are people actually this stupid? Do people actually believe that Naruto invented the idea of a Hero saving a Villain? This is a story far older than the invention of shounen battle manga.
Deku is not "ripping off Naruto" nor is he "Naruto 2.0".
He's just a Hero.
Thanks to this new information I think it's pretty clear that the 2nd holder isn't Bakugo from the future.
The 2nd and 3rd holders aren't hiding their faces because Deku might recognize them they simply do not acknowledge him as the holder of OFA.
Probably whenever Deku gets his own Agency. I...
I think you've either missed the point or completely misunderstood what I said.
I spoke of internal struggle with regards to character arcs. The rest of the comparisons you made are just false equivocations. They in no way compare to this situation with Carrot.

That fight is...
You could have just started with this. lol.
Thing is she IS getting focus. Far more focus than would be necessary of a side character. She's not being ignored at all. Oda is taking the time to flesh out her personal story. He is also doing the same with the rest of the strawhats. We're starting...
Whats there to give? My post is right up there. You can literally just go read it again. lol.
Here I'll make it easier for you.
^Thats what I said.
Still waiting for you to make an actual argument.
I am once again, baffled at your inability to properly respond to any of my points.
Vague replies like:
Is not a rebuttal.
Make an actual point or don't waste time responding to me.
Thats hardly a rebuttal to anything I've said. lol.
In any case, I don't see why people think this defeat is a bad thing.
It just enhances their conflict by giving Carrot a stronger drive to defeat him. Carrot now has an even stronger desire to win which is going to make their next encounter...
If I wasn't sure before that Carrot was joining the crew then I definitely am now.
Oda is clearly giving her an extended story arc with her grudge with Perspero. The focus is clearly on her here. Not Wanda. Which wouldn't be the case if she were a background character or less important than...
That is also correct. The point is that the extra quirks aren't the problem. OFA is. Especially since it's implied to have gotten larger/more powerful.
This chapter pretty much confirmed to me that it's definitely not them. The hair of the second clearly isn't Bakugo and the third one obviously...
There is no contradiction. It's not merely the number thats the issue. It's the difference between starting with a quirk and gaining OFA as your quirk.
OFA is just a container. When you gain OFA you are essentially gaining the ability to hold many Quirks.
This clashes with the user's natural...
So this was a fantastic chapter.
You really gotta hand it to Hirokoshi and writers like him who can write great exposition scenes. This is an area where most writers tend to stumble and people rarely appreciate when it's done well. So he deserves props for that.
Something to note here is that...
Another thing I think is worth taking note of is how Hirokoshi is building up Shoto.
Aside from putting major focus on his family issues but he clearly went of his way to make sure Shoto had a connection with the main Villains. Clearly he's supposed to be important and has a major role to play...
Yeah so pretty much everything I said is happening. Just not the way I imagined.
They now know Deku has a connection to One For All and now Hawks is suspecting that theres some connection with All Might given his reaction to learning that All Might was watching over Deku.
So the secret is on...
