Realistically, DF for me. Haki needs a lot of hard work, training and battles to make it top-tier level. Whereas proper DF instantly gives you the ability to compete with top-tiers. But I'd say whatever Island-erasing DF/weapon Imu has is the most desirable.

Law is the one who needs saving, not Kid. Shanks is a good guy, he won't finish Kid and Kid can be as determined as he wants to be, but if Kaido can put Kid down without killing him, so can Shanks. I'd rather Mihawk interfere Law/BB fight and Crocodile interfere Kid/Shanks stuff.

Not having BM or Kaido's poneglyph is excusable due to the catastrophic consequences that involves one Yonkou invading another Yonkou's territory (though BM didn’t seem too concerned with that when she went after Luffy). If Shanks and BB doesn’t have Zou poneglyph, that is not excusable.
