The best point of reference for Loki bounty wise are Dorry and Broggy. He should be stronger than each, but together they should beat him.

I always bounty scale. I just use them as estimates rather than absolute values.

Loki is as strong as I thought Law/Kid level. That range. What I called Low Admiral level. He can fight Admirals to a tough fight but still lose.

I really want to see the Admiral wankers keep the same energy when they see Dragon's bounty. Big Mom's and Kaido's durability puts them above anyone else in a 1 on 1. Only G5 Luffy could be put there.

This is the strength of Luffy's ACoC I'll grant that Kizaru was not using awakening, but the whole point of ACoC is he can fight without the bullshit Gear time limits. As long as there are time limits ACoC is Luffy's most crucial tool. Even moreso than Gear 5 with basic Haki.
