Reading this manga week to week, you never realize how much time has passed. It's hard to believe it's been 6 months, but in that time how many chapters were released? That should give us better perspective
How did the first Yonko (Emperor) become a Yonko? He or She could not have fought a Yonko since they were the first one. It's like the question, "which came first the chicken or the egg?" I don't think you have to defeat another Yonko to become one. It all depends on their individual power...
I agree that she hates them because of how they treated Sanji, but my point is even Sanji wanted to save them after all they have done to him. She is probably saving them for Sanji despite her feelings for them.

Unless Kaido and Big Mom are dead, there is no way that Law, Kidd nor Katakuri will rank over them. It did take Law and Kidd together to bring down Big Mom.
