Future Events BREAKING : Luffy vs Akainu 100% CONFIRMED by SBS VOLUME 59 !!!

#41
Today I bring you FACTUAL evidence that Luffy vs Akainu is 100% happening with arguments that no amount of copium will be able to DEAL WITH

So recently a friend of mine told me that if we look at SBS 59 in JAPANESE, there was an element that was left out in the English translation

Indeed in this SBS, Oda answers someone who asked him about how he had forgot to draw Garp's scar in previous occurences and Oda's answer is quite interesting, he jokes that it is a special scar which "aches" or "tingles" when "因縁の敵" is nearby

The VIZ translation translates 因縁の敵 by "an enemy he hates"

HOWOEVER looking at the raw text and possible translations online we got something very different here

Interestingly enough this same term is also used to refer to Shanks' relationship to Blackbeard in a databook where his scar is also mentioned

Now of course you're going to ask "B-but how does that relate to Luffy and Akainu being guaranteed to fight" ?

Welp It's pretty easy, Luffy's scar aches the same way that Shanks' does when he sees/mentions BB or when Kaido remembers Oden

TL:DR : According to ODA, Luffy and Akainu are FATEFUL RIVALS/ENEMIES AND ARE DESTINED TO FIGHT

@MarineHQ62 @AdmiralKinyagi @Wiwi @Fleet Admiral Lee Hung @Godbuggy @comrade @MonsterKaido @Tejas @Swallalala @Hanzo hattori
etc etc etc
Sorry to break it to you but on Shanks databook the last term is different, a suggested " fated rematch " against Blackbeard
因縁の再戦 not " fated enemy " 因縁の敵..

The thing about scars aching is interesting though but you also go from when Garps enemy is near to when Luffy and Shanks think about the one who inflicted their scars.. Big leap..

The story has always been about the 3 Admirals, not Akainu by himself. That's why Luffy faced all 3 Admirals.

Blackbeard in some early draft was stated to be stronger than the 3 Admirals. If Luffy is fighting Admirals, it's going to be all 3.
“You made it all the way up here, but you’re not getting on this platform yet”

Of course Oda, with this line of dialogue, is talking about more than just Luffy literally reaching the execution platform, but Admiral fanboys will conveniently ignore the subtext

Even without all of this explanation, it was very evident that Luffy and Akainu will clash. Luffy has to avenge Ace; it can't be anyone else.
Nope
Luffy will beat villains for other people's sake
For his own sake, Sabo will best Akainu

Sabo took that burden from Luffy to avenge Ace

That's why you see Sabo vs Burgess, Revo vs BBP, Sabo vs WG
He keeps mentioning how he must protect his bro and avenge Ace

The way I see it g4 luffy fights akainu and gives him a good fight and a punch like kaido in 1000 to "equate" ace's death and fights a bit more followed by sabo coming and continuing the fight and luffy will go on to fight bigger fish in imu

So you accept Kaido > Akainu then? I am fine with akainu being a PK in one year.
Well, there is no argument against Akainu being PK in one year in the manga, so no contradicting that. :funky:

The same, however, cannot be said about Kaido being > Akainu since Kaido's current fate certainly means that, in reality, Oda does not see him as the strongest. :kata:

The end of the Rocks Duo is certainly hitting the usuals suspects hard, but it’s time to look forward to the future.

The 2 opponents that were highlighted for Luffy right from the start of the New World, Blackbeard & Akainu are still waiting now that the less relevant Yonko are a thing of the past.

You mean the usual admiraltard who creates salty threads and gets clowned? Lol
