Kaido was fine minutes later after defeating scabbards. Fujitora was still bandaged days after Reverie ended.

The only admiral that probably has CoC is Akainu. Fujitora and Ryokugyo wouldn't be sent to hospital by Sabo and three mink tier fighter if they had CoC.
