I lowkey still wish Zoro doesn't actually have CoC, but instead has reached such a level developing his CoA due to his training with Enma, that his CoA is as strong as Adv. CoC, and that is the key to forging the Black Blades. Reaching a "perfect" level of CoA. I would find it cooler.

I see your point, but my impression from current Oda's writing is that the fights only really "count" on the chapters they are more focused. Some random panel showing jinbei holding off Whoswho, or Franky and Sasaki wrestling don't actually have an impact at all. I just feel like Oda tries too...

The problem is that Oda does not built other organizations the same way he does with the SH's. Every organization is composed by "competent" fighters, with more or so the same level, aside from the ones that usually are taken down by M3. But that's not how the SH's work. So people start going...

I think people just like to complain. :P And about the lenght of the fights, they most likely will be the same thing. 1-2chapter long, at best.

Dude, Oda is retard and change his mind every 5 chapters. He CLEARLY uses bounties as a way to hype a character's strenght. It's not the ONLY reason for a bounty to be high or low, but it is MOST DEFINITELY a factor, specially for enemies. Freaking Marco is like: "is hard to fight two dudes...

One thing that bothers me. Is Smoothie above Cracker purely due to Bounty? Because if we consider that the government doesn't even know Cracker's real form, just that of one of his biscuit soldiers, that would mean they have no idea of his real threat level, no? Smoothie doesn't have some "hype"...
