It makes sense but wouldn't it require loads of people to manifest their desire for them to create devil's fruits out of it? In today's world, we barely have anyone that achieved that state. The number of fruits is ridiculously high. AK must've theorized a way to forcibly manifest peoples' wills...
Looking at Asura, I think it's highly probable that it was the manifestation of Haki into people's desires, similar to Asura, that allowed people to realize that they could turn their far-fetched desires into a reality, which resulted in the devil's fruits.
I doubt DFs appeared out of thin air because people randomly thought of being special. Devil's fruits are artificial creations IMO, which is why mother nature rejects them. The whole DFs being born from desires thing is a figure of speech IMO. It's the same as saying mobile phones are born from...
He was trolling Lucci. He can't even catch up when Luffy's nonchalantly floating in the air, nor can he touch Luffy even when Luffy allowed him to get close before dodging his attacks. Lucci's visibly annoyed.
It's not like Lucci has much of a choice if Luffy decides to beat him. He could...
All Luffy needs to do to break Lucci's bones is to make his hands just a little bit bigger—he need not even use advCoA or CoC. Even speed-wise, Luffy's legit trolling Lucci in G5; he's not even able to catch up to Luffy:
Raw power doesn't always translate to AP. You remember Hajruddin? He punched 10k tons upwards. What is Kaido's weight compared to that? Franky could slam an elephant before TS. Luffy isn't even that durable, to begin with. He's able to take the attacks that he did only due to Haki. So Haki Luffy...
Not really. Nika's attacks wouldn't be so powerful without Haki. They're just glorified pre-skip attacks. Haki punches would hit like a truck. The only area Nika dominates is speed and raw physical strength.
Who said that? Kaido was beating the crap out of Luffy's arm and failed to get Luffy to let loose. Do you think he could do that without Haki? Kaido confirmed Luffy's coating himself in both forms of haki. Zoro's deflected Kaido's slashes like nothing while King's slashes were sending him flying...
