That's because he finishes his opponent soon after using an Asura attack, was there a time where he needed to use Asura for a prolonged period? The one of the rooftop was actually a few attacks linked together in a sequence so it's clearly not a one attack thing.

The Asura will be far stronger with current Zoro since he'd be using more CoC haki than before and on the rooftop he was at low HP already with broken bones so couldn't use it for that long.

We haven't seen Zoro's strongest attack since he got his King of Hell powerup.

Oda on fine form this chapter, but it's a bit weird BM hasn't used advanced CoC on them yet. Pehrpas the theory she can only do it in mothering mode is true lol
